CORE APPLICATIONS

WinLIS ™ is the core functional module of the entire system. It enables the handling of the Laboratory Information Workflow to meet the mission critical objective of providing the physician fast and accurate result turn around for quality diagnosis. It includes: registering a patient’s data; managing tests to be performed; recording and reporting results. In addition, it manages functions such as: work list; instrument interfacing; audit record in the system. It enables the user to track and view a detailed history; ad-hoc cumulative result and centralized printing / faxing of reports.

  WinLIS Microbiology™ is the core module that handles the entire information workflow in the Microbiology laboratory. Supports antibiotic reporting policies. Integration and communication with analyzer. Allow rapid generation and submission of the reports either interim or final reports to the wards or clinics.

  WinLIS Blood Bank™ is designed to streamline and manage Blood Bank operations and manage Blood Bank inventories.

WinLIS Accounting System™ is a tailored-made accounting module, consisting of AR, AP and GL, specifically designed for the laboratory environment, which uses the WinLIS ™ core database.

  WinLIS Inventory System™ is also a tailored inventory module for managing laboratory stocks. This module enables users to raise a P/O to the suppliers and monitor the stock level.

  WinLIS Fixed Assets Management System™ the module manages all the fixed assets in the laboratory. Able to scheduled and alert the preventive maintenance for the analyzers.

  WinLIS Statistic™ statistic for monitoring turnaround time, total registered tests, sensitivity for bacterial and antibiotics.
